I filled out a survey for CVS and was offered "exclusive" gifts to choose from. I chose keto diet pills, as I was just paying the 5.95 for shipping and handling. Another pop up, I could get a bottle of a cleanse, for an additional 5.95. Received products and a few weeks later, my debit card was charged 2 purchases totalling 183.90. I was furious.I contacted company, spoke with a girl, name Nique, pronounced Nick, she sounded as if she was from India, with very broken English.I told her I did not authorize these charges. She went on to explain some trial bs. I never saw anything about that in the offer??? I demanded my money back, and she told me no refunds. I told her the product was junk and if they sent me a package I was going to refuse and return to sender. She said she would cancel the order and give a percentage of my money back.I was irate and ended up hanging up on her. I have filed a dispute, with my card company, but by reading all the complaints, it doesn't look very promising.I am appalled that all these complaints, yet it's still going on. Smh
