This company advertised on Facebook and used Sean Hannity's name in their scam. This had nothing to do with Hannity's cbd oil ad is for Level Select CBD oil. All one had to do to get the NUTRAX cbd OIL product is pay the shipping cost of $6.22 and $6.77 for the separate boxes of oil and capsules. Then the invoice costs appeared. I called immediately and talked with Luke. He told me I had 14 days to try the product, and then convinced me to keep the products for a charge of $19 for the oil and $18 for the capsules vs paying for return shipping. I agreed. He assured me the call was being recorded. I told him I wanted NO MORE shipments from this company. He promised me there would be no further shipments or charges. OH but WAIT! You have to have a confirmation # to verify that he stopped my subscription which I learned after a 3rd call to these people! When my unexpected 2nd shipment arrived the first week of April, I did not open the boxes. I called the company again and spoke with Yvonne. I told Yvonne I wanted to 'return to sender' these unopened boxes I received and explained that Luke told me I'd get no more shipments. OK. She refunded my credit card $100. She provided me an email about the $100 credit and the Cancellation Confirmation #.Our statement arrived. I was charged $89.71 AND $88.52 for the products so the $100 credit to our account still leaves me paying $39.71 and $38.52 for these products I did not order!!! I called Friday April 17, 2020 and spoke with Erin. SINCE I agreed to the $100 credit, this is all I can do. PLUS! The first guy, Luke on February 17th did not provide me a confirmation number to verify that my account had been closed! This is a deplorable company! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS NUTRAX HEMP OIL COMPANY! They talk in circles and get you confused to then hang you with your own agreements! I have no way to even test if their products are what they say they are!
