I received a letter in the mail to pay $87.25 for Certificate of Status Request Form. The letter just didn't look right had no website and no email address. Then in very small print it said "this is not a government agency". So I decided to google the company and saw that it was a scam and all the reports on this site. The google certificate of status in NY come to find out it's only $25.00 and you don't really need it. So glad I went with first instincts it didn't feel right so glad I questioned it.
