I was approached to invest in the company nyce rack. I invested approximately $150,000.00, and the money never went to the company. *** *** the owner in turn used the money for personal pleasure items. He is currently looking for more investors at this time. He will no longer return phone calls, emails, or text and said he can not repay the money. He is using fake contracts from several large companies saying they will purchase his product.
