I’m unsure how I got reconnected from the government email/site for my health insurance renewal, but a man then impersonated an official going through the health marketplace with personal information to find a plan for me and then continued to misinform me about the actual limitations of the plan he got me to select, and that it was even given through Blue Cross BS, not Aetna like it truly is or how it’s scarcely accepted by professionals compared to competitors. After paying, doing extensive research after, and now attempting to cancel any recurring payments which somehow can’t be done through the Member Portal, I’ve been hung up on for still not providing ‘enough verification’ to access my account even after commenting on being cautious about the actual use of my information by this institution. Unfortunately but hopefully, changing debit cards and my information won’t go anywhere.
