Oak and Hearth are Scammers

I purchased 3 small Christmas tree decorations last October 2022. They arrived and were much smaller than l had thought but what can you do?
I subsequently went overseas for a couple of months to see my daughter and
didn’t notice that this Company was taking money out of my accounts every
month totaling nearly $200. For what l have no idea. I have reported it to
my bank but l don’t hold out a lot of hope of ever seeing this money again.
I’m an age pensioner and this type of scam is reprehensible. Sham on them.

A Reputable Company?

Bought 3 personal air purifiers, 2 UV wands to help famly memebers stay healthy during covid. Paid in full at the time of ordering. Since then the company has put a recurring monthly charge of 12.74 on my credit card. Phone calls to the company go to voice mail. Other reports on this site say the charge is for a company subscriptiion/membership -why would I want that after I made purchases? Seems part of their business plan is to make a regular income on the unsolicited monthly charges!
My bank is looking into to this. If this has happend to you - suggest reporting the company to your credit card company so they can look into it and ask for you refund.
Will not order from this again again.
