What can you say about an order that never arrived and all the company will do is offer you a discount on another order? Lots of four-letter words come to mind -- the first of which is SCAM! I placed an order on November 28 that was promised to arrive on December 11 -- to be upgraded to overnight shipping. Instead, they claim to have shipped it on December 14 (three days past its original arrival date). Here I sit, December 28, still with no product. Disappointed not only that this Christmas gift never arrived, but with two emails from the company in broken English offering nothing more than an apology.

Oak and Luna advertises via social media for personalized jewelry -- necklaces, rings, etc. They do have a website that looks legit, however, there is not any way to contact them directly, no phone number or business address. Ordered a gift from them and then immediately tried to cancel order via email and direct messages to their social media accounts (this is how they suggest you cancel). I have not received any communication back from them on any of my messages regarding the cancelation. I did receive one (1) email from them asking for more money to upgrade shipping -- since then, nothing.

This is definitely not a legitimate business, but one created solely to scam money for products that will never be received.
