My experience was such a let down . While my dress applied in less than 2 weeks , the fabric was flimsy, the belt was unraveling at the seams .the entire back seam was ripped open . The dress was unwearable . Lesson learned. Site is scam all the way.

I had the same experience. Used a coupon code for 15% off. Two of the dresses took ~2-3 weeks to arrive, one has still not arrived (6 weeks later). Was unhappy with quality of the dresses, went online to see about returns, and realized that because I'd used the 15% off, they're not eligible for return. What a scam! Obviously they're deleting any negative comments because there are none on the website/ facebook.

I had the same experience. I ordered a dress that was advertised on Facebook, under the impression that it was a US company with an honest return policy. I even emailed customer service the day after I ordered because I realized I ordered the wrong size and they said they’d happily exchange it if I needed a different size. It ended up shipping from China and took forever, with very poor tracking. Once I finally received it, I wasn’t happy with the quality at all. I went to their return page and the link they provide there didn’t work, so I emailed them. They didn’t respond, so after a couple of weeks I emailed again. They told me that, because I used their standard 10% welcome promo code, the dress was considered final sale and wouldn’t be eligible for a return. They won’t even exchange it. I posted a comment on the Facebook post I originally found the dress on and warned others of this policy, but they instantly deleted the comment. Very, very shady business. I’m really disappointed.

I had the same experience with Oaklie & Bex as the statement above. I also purchased a dress and received a dress that looks nothing like the one pictured and described on the website. Dress was extremely poor quality and fabric was not the same as pictured. The purchasing pages of the site says "100% money-back guarantee," but then there's an inconspicuous note at the bottom of their returns webpage that says all purchases using a promo code are "final sale" and will not be eligible for return. When you visit their website, the website has a pop-up wheel that encourages you to "spin the wheel to get a discount." Without knowing their poorly advertised return policy, why wouldn't a customer spin to get a discount code? Also, they are always having some kind of sale/offering some kind of automatic discount/promo code on the site. Please do not buy from this website.

Oaklie & Bex is an online clothing boutique advertised on Facebook. I purchased a dress and received a dress that looks nothing like the one pictured and described on the website. Dress was extremely poor quality and fabric was not the same as pictured. This company deletes all negative reviews and comments on their Facebook page makes it nearly impossible to return anything. They auto-apply promo codes at checkout and then state in their return policy that items on sale/promo codes cannot be returned (all items are on sale every day). Company stopped replying to my emails once I requested a return. Dozens of people are reporting similar experiences on facebook. They claim to be from Utah but there is no physical address to be found. All items are shipped from China and they mislead customers in terms of shipping expectations. Please do not buy from this website.
