The money was collected, then I received an UPS confirmation that the order was delivered. I checked the torching number and there was no confirmation of product being picked up.
I contact via email, got a response from someone acknowledging the fact the order was not shipped, then cut communications about a refund.
I send various emails, and the response is automated with information that puts you on a loop.
This is a bad faith business and Ive learned its a practice of theirs by looking at messages on their Facebook account.
