The company parades as an American business but is located in China. The website gives absolutely no indication that they are China based. There is no phone number or address and emails are not answered. It took almost 4 weeks for my thumb brace to arrive. It was a child size and of a very low quality. To my request of return I immediately received "refund denied" message. Opened a case with PayPal.
