Ordered a stocking holiday bundle (7 pairs for $99) advertised on my instagram on Dec 31st. Did not receive shipping notification ever so reached out to support and they said there office was open for two weeks and should be patient. Finally received a package, 55 days after order, with only on pair of stockings. Asked what steps I would like to take and I said refund and would return single pair received if need be. They offered me a $7 return.
