I attempted to order a product that was advertised by this company. My order was placed on March 18th and my payment was made the same day. I had received a confirmation email. Awaiting a week no tracking information had been received. So I waited then eventually reached out on the company website. Was told there was a delay and to wait a while longer. So now we were in April still no information reached out again to no avail. Waiting the next month in May and still not information. Reached out via email and FB. Was told on May 25 my package would ship the next day. Still nothing. Still no tracking information. I reached out today. 06/03/2021 and was told it will ship tomorrow. Really? So I asked for a refund. And was politely told all sales are final. How is a sales final and I haven't even received anything? How are all sales final when you have not provided any services or product. Are you serious. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism like this in my life. The fact that you would take someone's money that initially was supporting your business and tell them all sales are final when you cannot fulfill your services. I wouldn't say don't shop at this establishment please be aware of the business they are conducting.

Hello, I ordered multiple items from this boutique. My order along with many many other orders aren’t receiving our items. I orderd back in may of last year and still haven’t received my items. They will post cute things to get people to buy them and then they never receive the item.
