After waiting 3 weeks to receive my renewed driver's license, I did email this company for updates as to my license, They returned my email with instructions to download their guide again, however, in order to do so, you would then need to repay the same transaction fees as before.
Today, I did contact them via telephone and spoke with an individual who not only confirmed my original order, but also informed me that I would require another fee in order to get to a different location before I could address the renewal of my license. That "their guide was a one only use guide to find a link to my state's DMV." I asked if their company worked directly with my state's DMV and was informed that they did NOT work with any of the driver's license departments for any state. Then asked why I had to pay for their "services" if I was not going to be able to renew my driver's license, he indicated that I would need to repay the $26.98 in order for him to be able to answer my question.
It is my understanding and belief that when a company is able to be placed within the top ranks of "GOOGLE"'s search engine to a query of "Florida Driver's License Renewal", that agency/company works alongside of the DMV. It needs to be known in today's world of doing everything online, that governmental agencies would protect against such clever tactics as this company. To link themselves to a section of the Government and mislead citizens in order for them to profit. There has to be a way to hold these scammers accountable.
Please check every word of a website for service and make certain that they are or are/not affiliated with a government agency for services you seek. This has now caused me additional monies to get my license renewed as they are now expired.
