I follow this person on Instagram & she make boots & purses. One day i inbox her asking about the boots & purses she make. I end up telling her i want a matching pair of boots and purse and how I wanted it design once we talked about that she gave me a total price I told her the day I will send the money which she wanted it through cash app I told her the day I will send the money and I also gave her my address after I asked her do she ship out of state she said yes when the day came to send the money I end up sending it to her because she was asking I was thinking that she was asking because she needed the money to get the material and the boots to make it so I sent her the money later on that day she was messaging me back as far as in the tracking number the next day came she told me she would send the tracking number later on later on that day came I didn't get no message from her I kept on messaging her and didn't get no reply few days went on with messaging her still no reply a few months passed still haven't received my boots and purse
