Had an accidental lock out from my rental car. It took over an hour for the guy to come to the spot to unlock. (initially they said only 40 mins but turned out to be more than an hour and they didn't notify us they would be late and didn't provide any reasons) Asked beforehand for a quote by letting them know what year and what make and model is, but didn't get any response from that. And eventually got charged for $200 bucks for 1 front door after bargaining for a self-claimed "$395" value service... RIDICULOUS!!!!!! I should have just gone with my VISA infinity insurance (didn't go with that because the wait time was 50 mins) and visa only charges $80 for the whole thing. GOT totally screwed and cheated by this VERY DISHONEST company. STAY AWAY FROM IT! Even a lockout service from Hertz is only around a hundred.
