They pose as a company that will consolidate credit card debt at a lower "settlement" balance than what is due to creditors. ScamPulse.com A+ rating logo noted on top right corner of notice. They are not listed as an accredited ScamPulse.com company. Outside of envelope states "FINAL NOTICE." Sent presorted std US Postage in a tab removal type letter (letter folded and one must remove outside tab edges to open the notice).

Sent notice that I am in debt and that they can assist with reducing debt from 20,000 to 12, 000. I have absolutely no debt. This letter was structured as a "Last Notice" before action is taken.
