I never received items and tracked them by order number and said it was an exception. Reached out to them and they said most they can do is 20% refund (originally said (10%) because the shipping so expensive and can’t send me another pair or refund more...

DO NOT ORDER! TotAL Scam! After they took my money and after many emails back and forth, I never received my products nor did I receive a refund. It’s sickening and if I had enough room, I’d include the emails. They are absolutely comical!

Ordered two pairs of Costa del Mars for $75. Their website looked 100% legitimate, I should've known it was too good to be true. I immediately tried to cancel my order when I got the confirmation as it was all in Chinese and I knew they would be knock-offs. Well they refused to cancel it. I ended up getting two pairs of sunglasses which are COMPLETELY different than what I ordered. I messaged them and they told me to keep the glasses and "gift them to someone" and I could have 10% off a new order. I refused and demanded the correct glasses or a 100% refund. So they responded they'd give me a 10% credit of $7.49! This company is a disgusting thieving scam!

Order @ pair of Glasses. But they sent 2 pair of TOTALLY different glasses not what we ordered at all when asked to correct they said we had to pay for shipping back and then they would give us refund or keep the glasses and they you refund 10% from our order. So big $7.50 and 2 pairs of glasses we didn't order. Most companies are all all about correcting and error they made not this company. SCAM! Below is our order and the what we actually received BOTH of what we received were wire frames and we didn't even order wire frames and 1 pair was white and was suppose to be Turquois and tortoise not even close
