Type of a scam Rental
My name is ****** ****. I am filing a complaint on person claiming they are the legal owner of 5216 McKee Rd Bakersfield CA 93313. His name is Jesse Boyd Curry DOB 9/2/1964. I met him from a Facebook ad he was trying to rent out the property for $600 a Month! 3 bedroom 2 bath single family residence. Saying he is the director of Octaflex LLC. Also while he was giving me a tour of the property he pulled out a glass pipe (meth pipe) Getting high smoking it in front of me and asked if I wanted to smoke as well. I refused and said I was no longer interested in the offer it seemed too good to be true anyways. I plan on going through the ScamPulse.com and filing a complaint as well. Very unprofessional and perverted, uncomfortable, and an embarrassment to the LLC. Attached is the pdf rental agreement form and pictures of the house he showed me. This man needs to be fired.
