Wissam “Sami” Tokan - Octagon Construction Services - presents itself as renovation & repair company

Not transparent, not honest, empty promises.

Takes money doesn’t supply materials to job site, breaches contract, trie sto add charges to parts of job even though a contract is all inclusive for materials + labour. Makes up a lot of excuses and lies to keep you in the dark and stressed.

Stated 4-6 wks to renovate basement entering week11 still don’t have all supplies at job site still being lied to as to why cheques for material invoices are bouncing. Fake accountant, fake office, fake contractor. Stay far away from Sami Tokan and octagon services, or any of his other 5-6businesses.
