Type of a scam Online Purchase
I purchased 2 products, they were never delivered. After a month of waiting I contacted the customer service department, they apologized and gave me a tracking link that never loaded or indicated where my product was. I waited a few more weeks and still did not receive my product. I emailed again and they claimed my product was delivered, though it never arrived. I was issued half a refund on my order and new order was sent out. I was told it would arrive in 15 days, but after that time it did not arrive. This company is claiming to sell products they never actually deliver.
