I, and many others, have paid for the viral “OctoMoody” plush toys & received no goods. We have all contacted customer service on several occasions and no one has responded. When they took my money I went to Facebook and other social media platforms and found hundreds of people like me. There website only allows you to contact them through gmail & there is no physical address listed for the company, that I could find. This is a SCAM!! Buyer beware.

I placed an order using the buy 1 get 3 free promotion on January 8, 2021.

They have taken payment and I have contacted them several times but have had no response back. Have not received the goods.

I took to social media and discovered other people have also experienced this issue.

This company is a scam and they have stolen my money and provided no goods.

They hide bad reviews from their website. This is a SHOPIFY store however they cannot/will not do anything about this Scam.

Instagram advertised this business for the plush toys. Nothing was ever received... they were approved through the Shop app..so I thought they were reliable. No email response.
