Type of a scam Online Purchase
I feel I have been a victim of an online/internet crime by a company which goes by the name: Odrised,com. Their product was marketed on Facebook. Both my husband and I kept seeing their ad pop up (although my husband doesn't have Facebook so he must have seen it on instagram. I decided to purchase the Halloween Projection on September I had ordered a Halloween Projection kit. However, it took weeks to finally receive just a portion of the order which was just A plastic "Halloween projections lamp curtain" that was shipped in an unmarked plastic envelope with a return address of 14915 177th St Jamaica BROOKLYN NY 11434. I have been trying to get in touch with them but there is no phone number to call only this, [email protected] or [email protected]. It seems the company is in the UK, but no address on the website or order form. Although I did not receive the package until early October, My paypal account was charged on Sep 14, 2020 and the full amount was paid to: JIANG XI ZHONG J IAT . Unfortunately I can't stop the payment as the transaction already went through. I am requesting you look into this company as I believe they are scamming other consumers like myself expecting this wonderful product and only receiving a sheet of plastic in the mail.
