I saw an add on YouTube about this product https://offer.breathegreen.com/nanosparkle/offer/2/checkout-now-v3.php?C1=1281&a...⇄ When trying to check out, they were upselling me a number of products that I didn’t want. Thinking a declined all of them, I ended up at the check out page where I wasn’t able to confirm my purchase and instead found they charged me for an item that was not originally in my cart and charged me more than what was communicated. So waiting for a confirmation email or receipt, I was met with nothing to be able to cancel my order so I only had the option to email or call customer support. When on the phone, I could hear that it was in a call center (in India perhaps if I identified his accent correctly) and was asked questions to get more of my personal information. I started to panic so I ended up hanging up and telling them that I think this place of business is a scam and they ended up calling me back which confirmed my suspicions that this place is in fact a scam. I told them that I will contact the better business bureau to investigate and could here them panic. So after the call, I felt as if my phone was being tapped because I could here static or feedback on my call so panicked, I called Bank of America to help me immediately to ensure my account wasn’t further compromised. The representative said this isn’t fraud but a dispute because I gave them my credit card information willingly despite everything I shared about my story. They said once the charges are not pending but posted is when I can go ahead and dispute the charge and in the meantime can freeze my credit card which is what I ended up doing.
