This company lists themselves as "We Buy House, out of Florida". I inherited a house in Virginia, from my father passing and needed to get rid of it asap. I received a contract to sign, for a purchase price of 95k, this agreement was seller (me) was allowed 72 hours to cancel contract. When I tried to send the contract back as canceled, there was small print indicating I was to replace the roof-I did not have the means to do, the email listed on the contract send was invalid. The contract came to me through veri-sign so I could not respond directly. This company, Andres Vasquez, also went to the courthouse and filed an interest in this property within 3 days, this is illegal in Virginia. The contract was originally signed in August 25th 2023, I attempted to cancel within 2 days, I had a real estate attorney finally able to contact someone at this company and they offered me a settlement if I give them 20k, they will release the interest on the house. Please everyone know who you are talking to, get phone #'s, emails, keep everything in writing. This is a very dirty business-if they are even legit, they use the name Title and Escow-not escrow. Very fishy! Not I am out 100k and they are wanting me to pay them 20k-this is just nuts. People please be careful
