I found this website through a social media (Instagram) ad. On 8/29, I purchased a dress off of their website for $21.98, as it was advertised on sale, deeply discounted. Come to find out they charge a $29.99 "Membership fee" which was deducted from my account 12 days later, on 9/12. When I emailed with their "support" team, they say that the membership is clearly outlined at checkout - IT IS NOT - if you purchase through a social media ad/link, there is nothing anywhere about a membership fee. Only if you go to the actual website, does it show "VIP Price Add to Cart" or " Full Price Add to Cart". This is a scam website, they are based out of China, I still have not received my product, and I have disputed the $29.99 membership fee with my bank. The issue is that if you purchase through social media, nothing is disclosed about a membership fee.

In their terms and conditions at the very bottom in small lettering before you finish checking out, it says that you agree to a VIP membership and that you will be charged every 30 days without further consent
