Tried to ask me to buy items to become brand embassitor

I purchased two items for $56 on september 16th. They took forever to ship, I put correct address and they sent it around my area but did not place my address, I never received my items and on the SHOP app to track was unavailable to see which never happens and it stated failure on october 15th due to not putting an address, I emailed them, I messaged them on instagram

and they blocked me on instagram and emailed back stating they will help with my order but I specifically stated I wanted my refund back I understood due to current issues around the world but I have not had this problem and they do not respond to my email. I only order two shirts for $56 and they refuse to answer me back or giving me new shipping information and they emailed me stating my items were delivered and it never was delivered, my debit card information is now on their web and I have not received my refund or items, They are targeting people on instagram to purchase with promo code to be ambassador for women support empowerment with no commission
