We hired this mold company to come in and do initial mold testing for construction repairs for a unit in a multiunit apartment building. They came in and tested which come to find out (from the second mold testing company we were forced to hire) that their method of testing was null and void because the inside testing of the unit was done with the doors and windows open. Testing with the doors and windows open makes the testing inadequate and not reliable. Due to the testing from Green Valley being done in correctly we were forced to hire another testing company after having paid over $1900 in testing fees. I also was made aware that the asbestos and lead testing they provided us with was not done by a licensed tester, as the Owner Emmanuel Karemera who is the suppose licensed person was not onsite the day of testings yet claims he was in the reports we received.

The company is awful. I was also verbally assaulted by Emmanuel (the Owner) saying I was difficult to deal with when the company failed to provide me a written and itemized list of their pricing and services. I still haven't received any official price list for their services. Every time I asked for the cost it was verbally told to me and different every time. Emmanuel also told me he could charge me $10k if he wanted to and I could do nothing about it.

Please advise this company should no longer be in service!
