Received a call from this number from Maxine Arlington - they dont even change the name! I had to answer because was waiting on a call from dr. She told me they were sending an officer of the court because I was being summonsed to court. Would not give me any info except a case number and the number to an attorney. I told her I was not at home! She turned around and called my husband, then my son, who is 200 miles away. I hope Karma gets these people one day!

Had a voicemail from this number (833) 611-0497, shows Lockhart TX on caller id. Stating that an officer will come to my home and call them back. Call was from Tracy Pierce from Process Service Dispatch and they made legal action and a signature is required for proper delivery. They even provide a reference case number.

I didnt answer the first 3 times she called. When I did, the lady said her name was Maxine Arlington. She called telling me that an officer of the court had been dispatched to my house. I told her that I'd be at home and that this sounds like a scam then I hung up. She called right back and started yelling at me. So I yelled louder and told her that if she called me again I'd be pressing harassment charges. Then I hung up. Then she called again and thats when i got really mad. She told me that im being sued and I'm broke and can't afford to be sued and i need to settle now before the officer of the court got here. I said let him come because im not settling anything without knowing the charges. She then continued yelling at me and tried to tell me that I'll lose everything if i don't settle and i need to be a man. Then i lost it. I went off on her and told her that i hope she shows up with the officer of the court because i want to confront her face to face. Then i hung up. 3 minutes later, she called my mother and left a message saying that she wants to verify that i will be at that residence because was the second attempt to serve. My parents live 5 states away from me and i haven't lived with them for 22 years.
