Let it first be understood that I regularly purchase products on behalf of the State of Wisconsin from many different distributors. About 10 months ago, on 08/20/2020, I purchased a desk from this company, to be delivered to an office in Wisconsin. Now that 10 months have past, the office no longer exists and has relocated. I have been attempting to contact the OfficeStarStore by phone and email. Their customer service is elusive and non-existent. I am amazed how an online vendor can just take somebody's money and deliver nothing in return, and think that they can get away with this type of theft. At this point it is not about the the money that has been lost here, but its about the principle of the matter --- which is why I am willing to devote additional time and finances to pursue these thieves so that other do not become victims like myself.
