Their Instagram offered 18 pairs of lashes for $44.80 USD.

I paid via my credit card on May 18, 2019.

I contacted them 9 times and received three replies. I told them I had been waiting too long and wanted a refund. They responded that they had an overwhelming amount of orders and would need a few more days.

On the second week of August 2019 I wrote them requesting an immediate refund and never received a response.

Today I wrote them another email and checked their website. Their website has been taken down. Their Instagram no longer exists. There is no way to reach them. I paid over $60 CDN dollars and got scammed.

Made a purchase for lashes on the company website and my credit card was charged. Never received the product and seller stopped responding to emails. Website has been taken down on Shopify since then.

I saw and add on Instagram and became attracted to An offer on their eyelashes. I decided to make a purchase and was sent an email saying I would receive another email once my order was shipped with my tracking number. That it would take 3-7 business days for my order to arrive. I made this purchase on 7/22/2019 for the amount of $48.71. We are 08/16/2019 and I have not yet received yet such email or tracking number. I have received nothing from them. I emailed them and no response has been made. I tried to look them up on their Instagram page which I was following to find out USER NOT FOUND! I tried looking up their official online website where I made the purchase and I can no longer find it either! But I sure can see on my bank account statement where they took my money out for the transaction of $48.71 on 7/24/2019. I feel scammed and robbed by this company I consider fraudulent.

Instagram page selling faux eye lashes. Placed order April 27th. Immediately received a confirmation email and an email stating they were on back order but would get them to me as soon as possible. I’ve messaged them on social media (I.e. Instagram) and emailed multiple times wondering about a shipping email with tracking with false promises every time to just wait a few more days and they’d be out. Finally asked for a refund after just speaking to them to find they have shut down the instagram account and the website is no longer accessible either.

There was an Ad on Instagram that directed me to their pages, they had a huge following and a few common friends followed them as well. I went through there post, looked at comments, multiple girls were commenting saying how great they were, makeup artists were tagged etc, I researched them online so I felt comfortable ordering.

I ordered 30 pair ( they were having a half off sale) and it cost me 48$. It said it should take 3-7 business days... it was a week past due so I emailed them and they emailed right back saying they’re expediting my shipment and they had an overwelhming amount of orders but I should expect it in a few days.... it never came I emailed them again, they copied and pasted the same message, I messaged them 4-5 times on Instagram, got ignored, then noticed they turned off their Instagram comments. I emailed them everyday for a week still no response, then noticed they deleted their Instagram account, their Facebook, and the website itself so I got scammed bad. And I’m sure thousands of others as well.

In the beginning of July I purchased $48.00 worth of lashes. On their website it clearly states that processing a shipping would take 2-7 day, I waited waaaay longer than 2-7 days. I have emailed them numerous times and I received ONE email telling me that they are backed up and falling behind with their orders and to poles wait a few more days. I waited a whole week, I sent emails every day I and I even messed their Instagram page and I got no reply. At this point I just want a refund but there is no way for me to get in contact with them to make that happen.

My incident started in February 2019. i came across an ad on instagram for lashes, which was buy3 get3. I've never purchased anything from instagram before but decided to anyway. i went to the company's website to order. The first red flag was when i went to checkout the code for the sale did not work but by the time i realized that the order had already went through. i contacted the company immediately through instagram DM. They responded about 24hrs later asking for my order number, which i provided. the next day i contacted them to see about a tracking number and when my order would be shipped out. At this point is when they began explaining the delay because of back orders. After contacting them for 2 months of when i would receive my lashes they decided to refund me. i never saw the deposit back into my account but i was just over it at this point. i began looking at the comments on officialminklashes instagram and notice that i wasn't the only person dealing with these issues. so i began contacting a couple commenters about their experience with this company. this company is stealing/ withholding money from customers and stringing them along while knowing that they do not have the products they are advertising to have. i checked today and they have disabled the comments. Preventing potential customers/ victims to see the hassle everyone has dealing with.

I seen an ad on Instagram for false eyelashes. I ordered on APRIL 11th, I received an email saying I would get my tracking/shipping info. Well it's July and I have not received shipping info or my order. I have contacted the scammer several times inquiring about where my eyelashes are. On May 11th, May 31st, June 11th, and July 4th they told me my tracking info would be sent to me shortly and that my order would be shipped within a few days. Once I asked for a refund and started getting upset they have been viewing my message but will not respond. Whenever they post a new photo on IG they get blasted with comments from people who are pissed off for the same reason as I am. They delete all of the comments constantly.
