My grandson is learning to become a chef he loved using Shinzui knives. He sent me a link to what he thought was the official Shinzui website. I ordered him the knives but when he received them they were not Shinzui there was no logo on the blade and they were not sharp. I emailed them on Nov 11 and 5 more times with no response. They say they have a no worry guarantee but I still have not heard from them. They have no phone number or address other then Portland.
