I ordered a Nintendo switch from Ourswitchnews.com for our sons Christmas present and haven't received any information. I've tried to email a few times, I tried the contact us section, the phone number says it isn't in use and the email is invalid. I've waited 2 weeks for any information and have asked for updates. I get no response.

On Facebook there was an add for a “flash sale” from official shop. According to them you could order any items you wanted and only had to pay shipping $16.99. I went on line places my order and input all my info along with my debit card info for the payment of $16.99 which was taken from my bank account. I received an email from

them stating they received my order and even sent an order number. I tried contacting them via email to see if they had an ETA or tracking number. Never heard back from them. This morning I tried contacting them and website can’t be found. I tried calling the number on the debit charge and it’s disconnected.

The order was placed since July 2, 2019. Never heard from them & never received my items.

The Facebook ad offers the "entire collection" is free, just pay shipping. There was an unlimited amount of items that could be added to my cart and the shipping remained the same at $16.99 no matter how many items were in my cart. Once I received an order confirmation email, it lists my order. The deal seemed "too good to be true." The site on Facebook is named Strike Out.
