Initially, it showed up on my SHOP App to track, then dropped off. I was told many MANY terrible "bot" sounding excuses like "Will provide tracking at time of delivery" which defeats purpose.
Was told 2/21 I would have tracking...and nothing! Please find these folks, and I'll never buy through Instagram again!
Very much looking forward to sending my correspondence to anyone there at the BBB.
