Ordered a weight loss supplement from facebook. Claimed i would recieve product within 5-8 business days. After 2 weeks i contacted the company and heard back from a company representaive named Jess. They responeded with an automated message stating my order would be arriving soon. It has now been 21 days, still no package and keep getting the same response. I have a tracking number but the shipment has not moved and i do not get a real response as to where my stuff is. Just keep getting the run around
