I ordered a Pair of Miz Moos boots from offshoepro.com. The website said they were located in Tennessee. When I got the charge on my card it was from Hong Kong. I emailed the contact address three times and never got a response. I received the package today in a tiny envelope with a cheap ring in it. I reached out again saying I received the wrong item and send a picture. I got a response right away asking if I received the wrong item. I again replied with the picture and the order confirmation, and now no reply.
