Technician called identified himself as a OGE employee stating this was a courtesy call that our electric service would be cut in 20 minutes for non payment. He gave me the 800 number to call and speak with a customer service representative. After reaching "Edward" on the phone he explained I would have to pay the entire "past due" amount in cash to keep my service from being interrupted. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after a lengthy discussion on the reason I don't have access to cash, he reluctantly agreed to allow me to use the credit card to go purchase a card at Dollar General to make a payment. This was the time I had my account manager access our OGE account online and we had a balance of ZERO! I immediately hung up on him.
