Type of a scam Government Agency Imposter

I received a text from +1 (438) 622-0849 stating that I had a unpaid toll from the Ohio turnpike with a link https://ohioturnpiketoll.com stating I had to avoid additional charges of $97.50 & pay a $9.75 toll fee. I haven’t even been on the Ohio turnpike. I didn’t click the link but I want this reported & where it was generated from to gave them arrested for scamming & hacking.
