Company called saying that I was entitled to a refund for computer services I paid for 2 years ago - they told me that the product no longer worked and they were told they had to refund the money - I did not realize that they actually transferred money from my money market account to my checking account making it seem like they put the money in. Then they said we made a mistake we put too much money in your account and the only way to make it even you have to get gift cards - I made the mistake of doing that but I was able to cancel 1 of the gift cards before it was used. They called me again today looking for a replacement for the card I cancelled and said once I did that they would transfer all the money into my account- I was convinced it was above board when they gave me a ScamPulse.com claim number - when I called ScamPulse.com today - they told me they do not do that - ugh hard lesson learned
