The client called Okie concrete for an estimate and that's okie concrete out of Oklahoma City. Joseph the owner said he would send his estimator which he present himself as a j Marq came to the residence where we were getting the pool foundation built and he said that that's something that they do quite frequently and so they said they could actually do the very next day which was very impressive

they said they just needed $3,000 to go buy material and everything else to start the next day so they received $3,000 from us and since then they have not showed up like they said they would they haven't showed up at all and the owner of Okie concrete now is saying that that Jay Marq isn't his employee which we have text messages saying that he is his employee but he is his estimator but now since they pulled the scam we were out of our $3,000 plus the project is still not completed at all by them they haven't done a lick of work they've done nothing on the site and they stole $3,000 deposit like I said for the past few weeks every day oh we're coming we're coming and they never show up so please help us
