Ordered Christmas pajamas from Old Navy..after almost a month..got notified through "tracking number" they were delivered, which they were not..reached out to them through their customer service and they said the package would be resent..just got notified 20 days later (today) they were delivered, which they were not.

I have been told order was delivered but never was. Supposedly it has shipped again. I have been promised refunds that I never got. Old Navy IMPOSTER.

Facebook Ad for Old Navy pajamas. Old Navy website was mirrored. Didn't know it wasn't Old Navy until the bank transaction went through to an unknown vendor.

Advertised being Old Navy family Christmas pajamas ranging in price from $2-$5 for 2 days only. I had them added to my cart about to check out, but decided to check the old navy app on my phone for other prints firsts when I realized the ones I was getting were not there and the ones they did have definitely were not near that price. Red flagging me to a scam and me looking into the website address closer and then doing my research on the company. I did NOT order.

Deceiving ad on Facebook for holiday family PJs with Old Navy logo. Takes you to a website similar to Old Navy's website same style and format. Lure's you in with great deal like $3.99 per set pajamas.

The Facebook ad mentioned a flash family pajama sale from 2-5 dollars. The page looked like the old navy site. I tried entering info but kept getting errors. There was a countdown clock during checkout. I later noticed it had the domain "stayible.com"

I did not order any gift cards nor sent any as gifts and have never used cash star and do not know who teamerb@hotmail is!!!
