I also thought it was an old navy website, I ordered one other time from same site but never received merchandise and thought I might have not processed it correctly. This time I stayed on top of the order and was told it was delivered, it never was. Like a previous complaint old navy is not involved at all. I have beed in correspondence with the company and first they offered me a 60% refund which I refused now they are offering 90% which I accepted. I will update the compliant if I ever receive the refund.

November 14 I placed an order while on Facebook. The ad was posted as Old Navy. I paid $51.50 for clothing, adult and kids listed for $3.99. December 11 , after checking on expected delivery the package was listed as delivered. When I emailed customer service to tell them that my order was not received, they suggested I check with other members in my household and/or my neighbors. I replied that no one received the package. They offered to send another package, which I accepted.

When I Googled the email address, [email protected], two things came up. Landency and a site to report Scams!

I checked my original order mail, clicked order details and it says no order found.

I was less to believe I was dealing with Old Navy.

They claimed to be Old navy outlet type of place they actually had a tracking number and replied to my emails claiming product was lost but would arrive

Ad on instagram for “Old Navy” The site advertises a “Clearance Sale” offering baby and kids’ clothing starting at just $0.99. It claims to have over 1000 styles available and promises to ship within 24 hours due to limited stock availability.
