They promised to pump a tank but somehow by the end of the job they only pumped 85%. I didn't pay you to do the job "to the best of your abilities" I paid to simply do it. Before they started the job they didn’t communicate any potential problems that would sanction such "inability." A customer like me reasonably expects the job to be completed 100% since it was paid for. They showed an attitude and left. I have a video to confirm that the job was not done to the extent paid for. In this situation not completing the job is a scam and a breach of contract.
