I placed an order for 2 sets of Direct Replacement for John Deere 35 Bucket Ear Attachment by Pocono Metal Craft at $76.95 each totaling $153.90. Model # NO107a897. This order was placed on July 11, 2022. On August 14th I received an email stating it was shipped and a tracking number reflecting ShenZhen, Guang Dong, China was given. I never received it. They said they would send it again. Never received it. Tracking numbers didn't work. Asked for a full refund. They said they would refund us - never saw the money. Last correspondence was November 3, 2022. I have all 25 emails. Their email address is [email protected]. I would just like to have my money back.
