I ordered a ring from here that claims “it will not fade, change color or leave stains on your finger. Made with black gold plating that will not tarnish” & yet after only 4 days of wearing it my finger is green & the “gold plating” is tarnishing to the copper color. I absolutely do not recommend buying anything from them. ?After talking with customer service for over a day and several emails of them trying to give me any other option than my money back, I finally received my refund after they said and I quote ?“Dear customer,?We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that we caused.?We noticed that you left a negative review on trustpilot, indicating that you receive the product have quality problem.?Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconveniences.?We can give you a full refund because we fight for you and we value you as an important customer.?Other than that, could you please help us delete the comment on trustpilot??Thanks for your understanding.?Have a nice day.” To which I said that I expect my refund with or without the review because it is a quality issue which lead to them saying ?“Dear customer,?Thanks for your message.?Please delete your comment and we will immediately give you a full refund.?Thanks for your understanding.?Have a nice day.?????Best Regards,?Olivenorma Team” ?I then received my refund after mentioning the CRSA federal law, threatening getting the FTC & ScamPulse.com involved.
