I saw a video on TikTok for Oliver’s wand shop that were selling personalized Harry Potter hogwarts acceptance letters. I ordered one as a gift for my wife on December 1sr and it never came. I emailed the several times with no response. I used pay pal to pay them.

Emailed multiple times with only one response back that was 11 days ago. No tracking information was provided or update of where pack is. Can’t find a phone number of the “company” to even get someone on the phone. On 12/13/22 they sent an email out saying that they were having “issues” with their tracking information and if an order was placed before the 10th the order was already out for delivery. I placed my order on the 2nd and still haven’t gotten the order.
