online claimed item would ship within a day or two. item was charged to credit card immediately along with a minor "international transaction fee". after a week and a half, status still showed "awaiting shipping". contacted seller to cancel since it hadn't shipped yet. seller replied that item shipped (though no change in status from awaiting shipping) and that it would take at least 24 days to arrive. requested cancellation again and contact my credit card to dispute charge. week later, received email from the seller claiming that the order had taken longer because of not-possible personalization and that it had shipped. several days later, received another email saying that seller would contact me when the item was shipped although web site now shows that item has shipped via carrier YANWEN. also noticed that email replies from the seller include numerous Chinese characters so it is obviously shipping from China rather than the company's claimed location in London.
