I ordered my items at the beginning of June and have yet to see them arrive. They "estimate" 5-7 days according to my email. In addition they claim to be located the USA but the variety of random tracking I have received has been from CHINA and inconsistent. The customer service rep "Jeralyn" informed me I would have my products by the 25th, and when I reminded her of that she told me that it never happened.

WORSR service. Stole my money. Lies to their customers.

DON'T DO IT. I ordered at the beginning of June and my items still haven't arrived. I've been in constant contact and have received excuse after excuse- but only AFTER being told my items would be here by a certain date. Now I'm being told that never happened and there was no guarantee. WORST experience I've ever had.

There are pictures of their "shop" on the website but when you try to locate a storefront and contact information, the store doesn't exist.

The business in question used to be called Harper + Henry. They post ads to Facebook for Disney themed attire. Then once the order is placed, never send anything. They have since changed their name to Ollie + Olivia. Same website, same pictures.
