Once ordered, 3-5 days later you will receive an email from [[email protected]] stating that they have received your order and "once your payment clears" they will ship your product. Another week passes, and they send you an invoice. 3-5 days later they send you a shipping number. In this case the shipping number was in Chinese, even though my product ordered was made in America. After 4 weeks, a product arrived directly from China under the correct shipping number, but what is delivered is a common $5 USB phone connector that can be more reasonable purchased at any neighborhood Gas Station, curiously valued on the shipping label at $20.
The Oloeoy.com customer service phone number is never answered. Oloeoy.com street address on the website is a fraudulent address that Google Maps shows as a house at 46 Edgewater Pl in Pittsburg, CA. If you email [email protected] it is linked to [email protected], and they typically respond overnight, which indicates they probably reside in outside the US. They type using broken English, do not give their names, and use any tactic to keep stringing the fraud along, like telling you to "speak to your neighbors", and suggest maybe "they possibly received your product by mistake". Once they know you received their $5 USB connector -- ALL communication cease.
I guess they know nobody in America will close them down, and the purchaser will just eat the $70.58, and will not return a $5 USB connector to China and they will not give you a return shipping label anyway.
Please shut this website down.
