Marc a engineer from Olshan Foundation Repair came out and went all around the outside of my house looking at he cracks in the brick and windows pulling away from the exterior of house. All the while this is happening I am talking about Helical Piers being placed outside of course all around the house. Not once did he say to me that they don't use helical piers no
just let me believe I was going to get them even when I asked him to add another after we had a contract he never said we use cablelock system. The term cablelock st plus was on the contract but I thought that's what they called the piers. At one point we were in my back yard and I said I hate to tear this area up because I just landscaped it and he said "You will never know we where here when we get done." Oh he was so right because they went in my crawl space and used 2' of push piers, a cement pier balanced on those, a cement cinder block on top of that with two small piers on top shimmed against foundation. This is a 28,600 dollar repair. I paid half up front when still lying he told me they used push piers and never corrected me when once again I assumed he meant all push piers not 2 and then cement cinder blocks. I have taken a video.
