As of April 20th, 2021, your self-directed account has an outstanding balance. To avoid any service interruption, please bring your account balance current.
If you have already made a payment and your account is up-to-date, please disregard this reminder.
We accept payment via various convenient options as outlined below:
Option 1 – Olympia Online
Step 1: Access portal.olympiatrust.com and click LOGIN to your Olympia Trust Company Client web portal
Step 2: Select Online Transactions from the sidebar menu
Step 3: Select Fees
Step 4: Choose your preferred Fee Payment method (options and instructions below)
One-Time Credit Card Payment
One-Time Bank Account Payment
Add Recurring Fee Payment Source (Bank Account or Credit Card)
*If adding a recurring fee payment source, we will take care of processing the outstanding balance once the new payment source has been added.
Option 2 - Online Banking Payment
Step 1: Through your banking platform, add Olympia Trust - Registered Plans as a payee
Step 2: Make an Online bill payment
*Please use your self-directed Olympia account number as the account number for the payment
Option 3 – Contact Us
Step 1: You can make a Credit Card payment over the phone by calling us directly at 1.877.565.0001
Step 2: Select your language preference and Press 2
